Here's how to bring everyone to the organization space easily

In order to help you get onboard fast with everything you already have - from employees' names to titles and departments, Pebb provides a very intuitive process that takes a few minutes and helps you sync Pebb with your HR, Payroll systems, CSV files, or manually via registration email or link.

Here's how it works

Right after registration as a new organization to Pebb, you will have the opportunity to integrate and onboard everyone in a simple way. This process will always be available and easy to access if you would love to explore the platform features first and then begin the integration process later on.

The integration process isn't mandatory, as you can always add users (employees) manually by sending them a registration email or link.

What happened after I finished the integration?

Right after the sync has been done successfully with your provider, you are free to ask the organization to join the space via the registration link, registration email, or by asking them to register at Pebb.io with their work email (this will automatically assign them to the right space). Every registered user will be attached automatically to the data that has been received from the provider. The attachment is automatically made by comparing the user's email.

HR & Payroll systems


Pebb has a wide range of support for HR and Payroll systems providers, so you won't need to worry. The full list of providers can be found right after registration, at the onboarding stage. At the onboarding stage, you will also have the opportunity to continue the integration later on and dive into the platform features first.


By choosing to begin the integration process, you will be asked to choose your provider from the list and enter the authentication that is needed from Pebb in order to access the provider and make the required data sync. In some cases, you would be required to provide an API key, which can be found under the software provider settings.

After Successfully integrating your provider, Pebb will begin syncing organization data into your space.


Pebb supports 2 sync features - Auto-sync, which will automatically sync Pebb with your provider in order to stay updated about any organizational changes (new employees, employees who left, name changes, title, etc). Single-sync: this is a great way for those who would like to use Pebb as their single source of truth. Single-sync data will be pulled from a provider only once, and from that point, managed right from Pebb with no additional syncs from the provider.

Excel Uploading

Pebb can pull the relevant data by uploading an Excel file filled out based on a specific structure. You can download the Excel template file here and fill it out accordingly.

Pebb's Excel structure

The Excel file must include the following columns: first_name, last_name, work_email, work_location, gender, mobile_phone_number, department, date_of_birth, start_date, and title.

Besides work_email or mobile_phone_number, you can leave empty columns in each employee row if you don't have the required data.

The date structure for date_of_birth and start_date should be in the next format: year-month-day (for example: 2018-11-25).
